Terms of Use

1.1 Access to FeteMapper is granted to eligible users. WNDRLST reserves the right to withdraw, limit, or modify access at any time without notice.

1.2 WHERE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

1.3 You must not permit any third party to use your account.

2.1 FeteMapper features adult nightlife and cultural events. The Platform is intended exclusively for persons who are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 By using the Platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. WNDRLST reserves the right to verify a user's age and to suspend or terminate any account where this requirement is not met, without liability.

2.3 WNDRLST does not knowingly permit users under 18 to access the Platform. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor is using the Platform, please contact us immediately at hellowndrlst@gmail.com.

3.1 You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

3.2 You may share individual Listings with others, including via social media, provided that you do not misrepresent the source or remove any WNDRLST attribution.

3.3 All commercial use of the Platform — including scraping, data harvesting, or use of Platform Content in third-party services or competing platforms — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of WNDRLST.

4.1 You must not use the Platform to:

• (a) engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful under applicable law;
• (b) harass, abuse, defame, or threaten any person;
• (c) upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or harm the Platform or its users;
• (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or connected systems;
• (e) use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract Content without permission;
• (f) impersonate WNDRLST, FeteMapper, any Event Organiser, or any other person or entity;
• (g) post, transmit, or distribute unsolicited advertising, spam, or promotional material;
• (h) reproduce, replicate, or imitate the FeteMapper concept, design, or platform for any personal, commercial, or promotional purpose;
• (i) engage in conduct that could damage the reputation of WNDRLST, FeteMapper, or the communities we serve.

4.2 WNDRLST reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts and referral to law enforcement authorities.

5.1 The FeteMapper concept — a dedicated discovery and aggregation platform for Black nightlife and cultural events — is an original intellectual creation of WNDRLST. You are expressly prohibited from using your access to the Platform as the basis for creating, developing, or operating any substantially similar concept, platform, product, or service.

5.2 This prohibition applies whether such replication is for personal use, commercial gain, promotional use, or any other purpose, and regardless of the territory in which it takes place.

5.3 WNDRLST reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and claims for damages, against any person or entity found to have replicated or misappropriated the FeteMapper concept or Intellectual Property.

6.1 Where the Platform permits users to submit reviews, comments, or other content, you confirm that any content you submit is accurate, does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and does not contain defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material.

6.2 By submitting content to the Platform, you grant WNDRLST a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

6.3 WNDRLST reserves the right to remove any user-submitted content at its sole discretion without notice.

7.1 WNDRLST endeavours to keep the Platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7.2 The Platform may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. WNDRLST accepts no liability for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.

8.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WNDRLST, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, your violation of any applicable law or third-party right, or any content you submit to the Platform.

9.1 These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2 Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
